Prior experience in medspa or similar settings preferred.
Sales experience required.
Proficiency with social media and marketing is required.
Must be adaptable to a dynamic, frequently-changing work atmosphere.
Customer focused attitude is an ABSOLUTE MUST.
Must have evening and weekend availability.
Must have excellent computer skills.
Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments Ability gain knowledge of our services and products with ability to process product sales Responsibilities Converting incoming calls into scheduled appointments.
Handling customer communications via phone, email and social media.
Greeting and checking out clients.
Keeping the front office area visually appealing.
Monitor inventory.
