Garity Advantage, an Integrity company in Norwell, MA, is looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join the team remotely.
At Garity, Agent Recruiters identify, cultivate, and attract independent brokers and agency partners to sell Medicare-related health insurance products.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit new brokers to sell through Garity Advantage.
Execute various recruiting campaigns designed to engage and attract new broker candidates.
Execute a daily regimen of personalized outreach (call, email, text, social media, mailer) to qualified insurance agents.
Work independently and collaboratively with management to close agents, larger producers, and established agencies interested in contracting through Garity Advantage.
Expand contracts for existing brokers within Medicare and ancillary product lines.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, territory teams, sales support, contracting) to pinpoint opportunities and drive new business.
Become an expert on the tools and resources available to agents through Garity Advantage to drive engagement and interest.
Gather market intelligence on every call to understand competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
Maintain/update the CRM system after each telephonic and digital interaction to ensure agent records are current.
Leverage social media and other tools to develop and manage new agent leads.
Work to achieve recruitment goals to maximize company growth.
Model a high level of professionalism and integrity with every interaction.
Skills and QualificationsSales-oriented head-hunter motivated to earn money.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
Consistently exceptional phone presence for 6-8 hours daily.
Proficient communication in verbal and written English, including excellent grammar and spelling.
Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills.
Strong follow-up, time management, and organizational skills Ability to learn training, government regulations, product specifics, etc.
Proficient in web-based programs including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, GoToMeeting, and CRM.
Social media experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter is a plus.
Sales and Medicare experience/knowledge is preferred but not required.
Occasional domestic travel for insurance industry events.
