Responsibilities:
Reconcile, close the month, and review financials for approximately 30 small businesses on your roster each month within your goal time Deliver world-class service by receiving 5-Star Reviews from each of your clients each quarter on your roster Take ownership of your work and utilize training feedback to develop your skills as measured by your Lead Accountant Communication is what makes us SPARKLE in everything.
Respond to teammates within 60 minutes and to clients within 24 hours or less.
