This growing company is currently searching for a dependable, out-going individual who enjoys working with the public to fill a key position in our organization.
The Patient Coordinator is the face of the company and plays an important role in the quality of service provided to our patients.
This individual will need to be flexible with their schedule as coverage for earlier or later shifts may be needed.
Weekday and holiday coverage may also be discussed.

Responsibilities:
Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Receptionist Scheduling patient appointments Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner Checking patients in and out of the clinic which includes explanation of benefits, collection of co-payments, and having patients complete their paperwork Answering incoming telephone lines and directing calls to the appropriate party Mailing and faxing reports Maintaining inventory of office supplies and printed forms Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Administrator
Qualifications:
Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Receptionist High School Diploma or equivalent Prior Medical Office Experience is preferred Excellent Customer Service Ability Excellent Organizational Skills Professional Appearance and Demeanor Dependable Computer Experience Reliable Transportation Bilingual is a plus For applicants in Illinois and Pennsylvania:
The COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
