Scheduling Coordinator Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist lead scheduler as needed Coordinate Client and Home Health Aide Schedules.
Significant employee and client interaction Respond quickly and efficiently to client needs and employee needs Problem-solving to find solutions to any and all issues and answer questions Communication of care changes between families, home health aides, and management staff Significant computer work including Microsoft office suite and agency management software Answering the phone Candidate must adhere to high-quality standards and procedures Fast paced environment and role, constantly changing Office Administrator
Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
