Break Down Services Team Lead - Norwell,MA

The Opportunity
As a Breakdown Services Team Leader, known internally as a (Planner Central Maintenance) you will be accountable for the daily workflow of the Central Maintenance Call Center. You will coordinate response to all breakdown events in accordance with vendor availability and capability to minimize maintenance delays and maximize asset availability.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always;
Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of staff for the Call Center.
Receive incoming Fleet Maintenance related calls, including driver breakdowns.
Coordinate response to vehicle breakdowns by utilizing our nationwide network of preferred service providers.
Manage third-party repair orders for our National Account Breakdown Service providers.
Maintain working relationships with National Account representatives for our Breakdown Service Providers.
Identify rework scenarios where repairs should be denied and or be covered under warranty.
Identify repairs that should be covered under OEM or aftermarket parts suppliers warranty.
Coordinate with third party vendors to collect quotes, invoices and preventative maintenance forms.
Create purchase orders for third-party breakdown repairs.
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner always.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of transportation coordination experience required
2+ years of supervisory experience required.
Ability to create actionable items out of data and information
Strategic planning, coupled with tactical execution
Proficient in MS Office Applications - MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS project

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
