Program Manager The Program Manager of Timekeeping Systems is responsible to oversee all production support, systems development and maintenance of all aspects of Corporate systems as it relates to payroll, timekeeping and the employee schedule.  The Manager will work with the Kronos Director to drive the IT priorities by providing sound, logical decisions on what will most benefit the company and employees.  These decisions will impact process flows, SOPs, and internal and external spend.   They will ensure our top timekeeping priorities are developed, implemented and maintained. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the application design supports the needs of the business and adds value to the existing process. The manager is responsible for the projects, production support, implementation, data transfers and settings to ensure product success. Beta-site testing, application releases, debugging and enhancements will be managed as well as monitoring production systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for technical application design of Kronos time and attendance system; Kronos Core analytics; Kronos Advanced Scheduler, and Attestation. Responsible for production support of payroll systems including ADP and Kronos, ensuring payroll is met for 14,000 employees. Work with the business to gather business and technical requirements for payroll and timekeeping, including Kronos and ADP upgrades, configuration and customization and any applications in our WIN .net system. Responsible for data transfers and management to and from Kronos, ADP and WIN. Manage onshore and offshore developers to ensure tasks are understood and complete on time for releases. Ensure the development of sound solutions for time and attendance system process changes and follows the practices of the organization. Responsible for supporting Kronos time and attendance, analytics, and attestation modules as well as any future use of Workforce Planning. Work with the Kronos Director to manage their functional specifications and user acceptance testing for Kronos, Win worksheet, billing and scheduling systems.  Skills and Qualifications: Education/ Accreditation/ Licensure (required & preferred): Bachelor's degreerequired.  A minimum of 10 years IT experience in a timekeeping and payroll area Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of common technologies of TFS, SQL, relational databases, networking, web technologies, and data conversion techniques gained through previous experience Experience working with Microsoft reporting services. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
